Returns - 365 Day No-Drama Returns Policy

RETURNS OR EXCHANGES:
For Self-Service Returns, please go through the Returns Portal.
Steps to Return Or Exchange an item:
1. Click on Return Portal link.
2. On the page, input your Order Number. It can be found from your receipt or the Fringe Sport Confirmation email sent.
3. Then, input your Shipping Zip Code, OR your Email Address.
4. Follow the steps during the Self-Service Returns web process. The web flow will ask you to select a Reason For Your Return, Pictures of your product &/or box, and a brief description of why you want to return.
5. From there, your return information will be submitted to our wonderful Customer Service Department for approval.
 
Within the first 30 days of your purchase?
If you are unsatisfied with anything you bought from Fringe Sport, you can return it for any reason for a full refund within the first 30 days after your purchase, even if the product has been lightly used.

Beyond 30 days, but have a brand new product in the original box?
We’ll accept a return within the first 365 days for a full refund, but the item must be unused and returned in its original packaging.

DAMAGED OR LOST PACKAGES
If you receive your order and it is damaged or broken, please contact us as soon as you can at team@fringesport.com. Please provide photos of the packaging and items.
If you see an issue with your tracking that would make it seem that it is lost or having issues with the carrier, please contact us and our customer service team will take care of you.
 
Manufacturing defect or warranty claim?
Most of our products carry a 1 year parts and defect and some even have a lifetime warranty. (Check out the product page to see what warranty your item carries!)
If your product experiences a defect within the warranty period, let our customer service team know at team@fringesport.com. If an item needs to come back to us, we will send you a return label for all warranty returns within the item's warranty policy. We would be happy to exchange the item for you. We require that the original item be sent back to us before we release the shipment of the new one, but as soon as you’ve done so and let us know, we’ll move forward with shipping your replacement. Do note that packaging the item for undamaged shipment is up to you.
Also, please note that our warranties are non-transferable - they only apply to the original purchaser.

Got a "garage sale," used, events, or clearance item? Or an item out of warranty?
We don't offer warranty or returns support for these items, but our customer support team is happy to find a solution in these cases.
No longer in love with a product, but not eligible for any of the above? Just got stronger and need something heavier?
No worries- it happens! Contact our customer service team. Most products are covered by our trade-in policy. We’ll give you 25% of the value of the product in the form of a Fringe Sport gift card. You’ll have to package and ship the product back to us first, of course!

For all of the above options, you'll need to ensure your return or warranty item is boxed sufficient for transit.
This return policy is valid for the lower 48 United States only, and excludes certain islands (e.g., the Florida Keys) that require additional service to reach.
STORAGE & HOLDS
We understand that life can throw you curve balls, especially if you are opening a new facility or buying a new home. We will allow up to 2 (two) months from the date you place the order to hold in our warehouse. After those 2 (two) months you will be contacted with a couple of options, one of which includes a storage fee based on the size of your order.
CANCELLATION POLICY
We stand behind every customer and every sale. During higher volume sales like Summer Solstice, Black Friday and Cyber Monday cancellations may not be eligible due to the volume. This prevents us from removing products in the shipping process which could hinder our promise to get orders out day of.
If your order has not shipped out, contact us and we will cancel it with no charge or fee (unless during high volume days like stated above). If your order has shipped out, it is subject to our returns policy as stated above. 
Can I cancel a lightning deal?
Unfortunately, our lightning deals are processed lightning-fast and are not able to be canceled once purchased. Don’t worry, once they’re placed all lightning deals can be returned under our normal returns policy.
