Great customer support and service

This remote did not work for my timer but Fringe customer service got me all set up with a working remote. I have only one piece of equipment from another vendor and I would never have received the help from them the way I did with Fringe.

Quit working after a week. Tried new batteries, tried unplugging and re-syncing….. my very tech savvy friends couldn’t help either. Very bummed as my timer is literally wall art now
