Workout of the Week: Hang Power Snatch w/ 8 Minute AMRAP

What You'll Need

The Workout: Hang Power Snatch (Increase weight as you decrease the reps)

  • 2x3 - 125lb
  • 2x2 - 145lb
  • 3x1 - 165lb

8 Minute AMRAP (As Many Reps As Possible)

  • 10 Alternating Dumbbell Snatch (50lb)
  • 10 Air Squats
  • 10 Dumbbell Push Press
  • 10 cal Bike
