Workout of the Week: Hang Power Snatch w/ 8 Minute AMRAP

What You'll Need
The Workout: Hang Power Snatch (Increase weight as you decrease the reps)
- 2x3 - 125lb
- 2x2 - 145lb
- 3x1 - 165lb
8 Minute AMRAP (As Many Reps As Possible)
- 10 Alternating Dumbbell Snatch (50lb)
- 10 Air Squats
- 10 Dumbbell Push Press
- 10 cal Bike
