Workout of the Week: Full Body Workout
This week's workout was submitted by @davisfitlab on Instagram. He has a ton of other great workouts. This particular workout works your upper and lower body.
What You'll Need
The Workout: This was broken up into 4 parts.
- 10 min Warm Up
- 6 Rounds of 12
- Bench
- Hex Bar Romanian Deadlift
- Hang Cleans
- 3 Rounds of 10 Supersets
- Incline Dumbbell Press / Banded Flies
- Skull Crushers / 21's Bi Curls (7 bottom to mid (waist), 7 mid to top, and 7 full range bottom to top)
- Heavy Bag 10 mins
