Workout of the Week: Crossfit Cohesion Workout
This week's workout is from a local gym that is opening its doors today, Crossfit Cohesion Bastrop. A couple folks from our team will be joining their FREE community workout today.
All you need is a pair of dumbbells to get to work!
What You'll Need
- Dumbbells (50lb / 35lb Pairs)
The Workout: 20 Minute AMRAP
- 30 Air Squats
- 20 Alt DB Power Clean (RX-50lb/35lb)
- 15 Burpees
- 10 DB Push Jerks
