Workout of the Week: 'Bell Complex
This week's workout was submitted by @coryfit1 on Instagram. Looks like they got a great little group workout in with the equipment they had. You have the option of using either a pair of kettlebells or dumbbells. A nice core and lower body workout.
What You'll Need
- 2 x Kettlebells
- 2 x Dumbbells
The Workout: 8 sets with 5 Cycles of:
- Deadlift x 1
- Squat Clean x 1
- Cossack Lunge x 1
A Cossack Lunge in case anyone was wondering is somewhat similar to a Side Lunge but with a Cossack Lunge you want to stay in "seated" position and move from side to side. Below you'll find a video of what a Cossack Lunge is.
