This week's workout is from Instagram. Irma @coachirmalissette tagged us in her workout. This looks pretty straight forward. The 180 jump turn helps build speed and helps get the heart pumping when combined with the box jumps.

The Workout
As many rounds as possible - 30 seconds of workout, 15 seconds of rest.
- Sit
- Jump into a 180-degree turn
- Box Jump
- Repeat
