500 Rep Workout


This week's workout is a personal favorite of mine that I do when I'm trying to kick things up a notch. I got this workout from a post from @KatieCrewe.

You can modify the workout and just use a kettlebell or two OR do step-ups instead of the box jumps.

The Workout

  • 10 x 10 Squats
  • 10 x 10 Bench Press
  • 10 x 10 Deadlift (Sumo)
  • 10 x 10 Box Jumps
  • 5 x 20 Plank Shoulder Taps
