Workout of the Week: 4 Sets of Max Reps

This week's workout was submitted by @_lauren_ho on Instagram. She got herself a new weightifting platform and she's putting it to use with this 4 Sets for Max Rep workout. She included some movements to get your heart pumping and those muscles burning.



What You'll Need

The Workout: 4 sets for Max reps

  • 30 seconds of Rowing (for cals)
  • rest 15 seconds
  • 30 seconds of Squat Cleans (115/75lbs)
  • rest 15 seconds
  • 30 seconds of Double Unders
  • rest 90 seconds

Followed by this 15 Minute Workout - Every 3 Minutes (5 Sets): 

  • 12 burpee box jump overs (24")
  • 60' KB Walking Lunges (16 kg)
