This week's workout is from Instagram, @jakehagedus, he tagged us in her workout. All you need is a kettlebell. Pretty straightforward movements for 3 rounds.
He warns..."If you think KBs are only good for cardio or flows, try a slower circuit with heavier weight, less sets and less reps." Give it a try!
