This week's WOD was submitted by @gfperformancetraining on Instagram. They had a cute pic of one of their "future trainers" do the movements listed below and we just turned it into a 3 Round Circuit.
What You'll Need
The Workout
3 Rounds - 30 Seconds Each, 10 Second Rest in Between.
- 10 Yard Run
- Jump Ups
- Weight Squats
- Dumbbell Overhead Press
- Dumbbell Bicep Curls
- Planks
- Medicine Ball Slams
