This workout has a bit more cardio than most people tend to like but sometimes you need a good cardio sesh.


What You'll Need

The Workout: 18 Minute Workout + AMRAP

  • 150 Double Unders
  • 1 Mile Run

then... AMRAP

  • Max Cleans @ 225lb / 155lb
