WOD of the Week: Jackie
This week's WOD was suggested by a few people.
"...because it was the first WOD I did RX and because it continues to haunt me and my forearms."
What You'll Need:
- Barbell (20kg / 15kg)
- Rower
- Pullup Bar
- Strength Band (optional)
The Workout: Finish for Time
- 1000 meter row
- Thruster, 50 reps - RX 20kg / 15kg (male / female)
- 30 pull-ups (banded for a modified option)
