WOD of the Week: Dubs / Situps / Deadlifts
This week's WOD was submitted by @glycotic on Instagram. They have a ton of other workouts on their Insta. This workout (for time) has double unders, situps, and deadlifts, a triple threat if you will. It's got cardio, core, and lower body.

- 50 - Sit Ups
- 50 - Deadlifts

- 35 - Sit Ups
- 35 - Deadlifts
- 100 - Double Unders
- 20 - Sit Ups
- 20 - Deadlifts
