WOD of the Week: Crossfit Linchpin 8/2/17 WOD
This week's WOD was submitted by @diverdown28. He tagged us in his Instagram post of this WOD.
After spending the entire afternoon watching the #crossfitgames, @cfamber got off our butts and did this midline killer of a WOD from @crossfitlinchpin. Adjusted the weight a little but it still crushed us. The wife is a beast with the sandbag.
What You'll Need
- Sandbag Trainer (100lb / 70lb)
- Ab Trainer
The Workout: 4 Rounds for Time (Male Rx / Female Rx)
- 400m Sandbag Carry (100lb / 70lb)
- 30 Ab Trainer Sit Ups
- 20 Burpees
