WOD of the Week: Andrade WOD
This week's WOD was submitted by Brett Andrade.
This has been my go-to for years. A great way to build muscle endurance and mental fortitude.
What You'll Need:
The Workout: 5-7 Rounds
- 25 Kettlebell Swings
- 50 Air Squats
- 25 Push-Ups
- 25 Abmats
- 50 DUs
WOD Vocab:
- Abmats = Sit Ups
- DUs = Double Unders, the jump rope passes under your feet twice during one jump up.
