This was my very first WOD. Everything was going amazing until the GHD situps...brutal.
What You'll Need:
The Workout: All done for time.
Workout A
- 500m Row
- 10 Bench Press @ 185lb
- 1000m Row
- 15 Bench Press @ 155lb
- 1500m Row
- 20 Bench Press @ 135lb
- 50 Strict Press @ 75lb
- 20 GHD Sit Ups
