WOD of the Week: 5 Rounds for Time

This week's WOD was submitted by Crossfit 8595 on Instagram. Looks like a great full body workout, focusing on your core strength. We noted their recommended weights, but choose your weight based on your strength or what you have available.



What You'll Need:

The Workout: 5 Rounds For Time

  • 15 Medicine Ball Cleans
  • 60ft Barbell Farmer's Carry (switch hands half way) @ 65lbs
  • 10 Kettlebell Swings @ 62lb / 28kg
  • 60ft Overhead Barbell Carry @ 65lb
