WOD of the Week: 5 Rounds for Time
This week's WOD was submitted by Crossfit 8595 on Instagram. Looks like a great full body workout, focusing on your core strength. We noted their recommended weights, but choose your weight based on your strength or what you have available.
What You'll Need:
- 20lb Medicine Ball
- 20kg Barbell
- 10lb Bumper Plate Pairs
- 28kg Kettlebell
The Workout: 5 Rounds For Time
- 15 Medicine Ball Cleans
- 60ft Barbell Farmer's Carry (switch hands half way) @ 65lbs
- 10 Kettlebell Swings @ 62lb / 28kg
- 60ft Overhead Barbell Carry @ 65lb
