WOD of the Week: 4 Rounds w/ Plyo and Dball

This week's WOD was submitted by @liftwithseanon Instagram. He used his Fringe Sport Slam Ball, along with a plyo box, ab trainer, and maybe even a kettlebell or loaded bar (for the abs and lunges). He makes a great point about the perks of a home gym:

The Workout: 4 Rounds

  • 5 Box Jumps
  • 10 D Balls (40lb)
  • 15 Lunges
  • 20 Abs
