WOD of the Week: 4 Movement Tabata
This week's WOD was submitted by @thesimplegym on Instagram. This is a great workout that only really requires a sandbag trainer. It hits all the main muscle groups: core, upper, and lower body.:

What You'll Need:
The Workout: 4 Movement Tabata - 20 seconds work / 10 seconds rest --- 4 minutes for each movement.
- Ab Push Through
- Sandbag Rows
- Squats (add the sandbag trainer for weight, either on back or front)
- Flutter Kicks
