WOD of the Week: 20 Minute AMRAP
This week's WOD was from @ldeleby on Instagram. Doug built a pretty impressive outdoor rig with a pullup bar and wall ball target, and was nice enough to share his WOD:
Transition issues? Problem solved-Problem staying solved. No more running (walking) back to the house for wall balls. Don’t worry @jeneleby I made it look pretty ;-)
What You'll Need
- Pullup Bar
- 20lb / 14lb Medicine Ball
- 24lb / 16lb Kettlebell
The Workout: 20 Min AMRAP (As Many Reps As Possible) - (Men RX / Women RX)
- 5 C2B (Chest to Bar)
- 10 Wall Balls (20lb /14lb)
- 15 Kettlebell Swings (24lb / 16lb)
