Of the benchmarks, I like Fran and Randy. I have a lot of favs that aren't benchmarks. Pretty much any light weight bar or body-weight workouts I'm game for.
My favorite piece(s) of equipment to use...
Olympic bar - I like the thick knurl on the barbell. It allows me to be able to grip it better when I lift. The bar also has a super buttery spin which allows for the weight to stay neutral during Oly lifts. Yon can tell this bar was made for Oly lifters in mind.

My favorite workout gear (clothing) is...
Chestee sports bra - If your collar bones stick out like mine, you know the struggles of the doing over head barbell movements...the bar bruises your collar bone or breaks skin. I've gone through many of years with this type of pain. I like using the Chestee bra on days with high rep overhead movements. The bra provides extra padding in the areas when your collar bones are. It gives that extra cushion in between the bar and your skin that shirts just can't provide. Plus the bra's are comfy, super cute and have fun patterns. Win!
My favorite way to make gains...
lift heavy sh*t & eating a lot - I don't like eating protein bars unless I'm in a jam & have no food. However, I do like eating runts or jelly beans during my workout as intra carbs. I also love UR brand BCAA chewables. They taste like candy...and I love candy!

duhhh our Fringe Sport bumper plates! They're hands down the most durable bumpers out there! They can withstand all of the daily beating & violent dropping I do to them. They're the only bumpers that have lasted years at my gym.
